Empowering wellness and community: supportive programs for a healthier tomorrow

Drop In

Our drop in space provides community members with a warm, dry space year around 5 days a week. The drop in provides members with access to a local phone, computer with wifi, as well as snacks, meals, and beverages. Various programs take place within the space, including movie afternoons, wellness Wednesdays, arts workshops, support groups, meal programming, and various other workshops and events.

Meal Program

Blood Ties' Meal Program provides:

-Free lunches 7 days a week 1-2PM

-Free dinners 7 days a week 4:30-5:30PM

These meals are intended for community members who cannot easily access food. In addition, Blood Ties hosts a community pantry for canned food and dry goods, which drop-in members can access once per month when other options have been exhausted.

Wellness Wednesdays

Once per week the Wellness Coordinator provides programming at the drop-in from 1 - 3 PM every Wednesday. The goal of this program is to provide support to clients by offering healthy and fun activities each week. Programming can include movies, local walks, yoga, crafts and various other activities.
